Jason Thomas Pitzl is an artist and writer living in Oregon. His writing has appeared in a number of places over the years, including the 2014 academic anthology “Pop Pagans,” for which he contributed a chapter. Other writing credits of note include editorials for The Washington Post’s “On Faith” project.

As a visual artist, Jason has participated in several shows, and briefly ran a gallery project for the Urbana-Champaign IMC. An ongoing visual diary of his works in progress can be found at Epimetheus Studio. His work is figurative, expressionistic, and is often heavy with personal symbolism.

He is currently the Programming Director for Faerieworlds Events, which runs the Faerieworlds Festival in Oregon, MythicWorlds in Seattle, Washington and FaerieCon in Maryland.
